Default I have a lot of parameter est

I have a lot of parameter estimates for the three-parameter-weibull distribution from the past. I want to use this data in order to construct informative priors for future observations. I have found a good paper from de Souza and Lamberson: "Bayesian Weibull reliability estimation" which explains the construction of informative priors for the two-parameter-weibull distribution. Can somebody suggest me an article which describes the construction of informative priors for the three-parameter-weibull distribution?
